CashProof.app — Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CashProof.app provides a cloud-based cash denomination counting and accountability platform for businesses ("Service"). The Service is operated by EASYCARE NET COMPANY E.E. ("Company").

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each tenant account represents one business location.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free: 50 counts/month, 2 staff members, basic features
• Standard (EUR 19/month): 500 counts/month, 10 staff, full analytics
• Pro (EUR 49/month): Unlimited counts and staff, API access

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed via Stripe.

4. Data Accuracy

CashProof performs server-side recalculation of all denomination totals. However, the accuracy of input data is your responsibility. CashProof is a counting tool, not a certified audit system.

5. Approval Codes

Each cash count generates a unique approval code (e.g., CS-20260406-AB3K). These codes are for internal business use and do not constitute legally binding financial documents unless explicitly accepted as such by your jurisdiction.

6. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We implement access controls to prevent cross-tenant data access. Staff members can only access data within their assigned tenant.

7. Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email when possible.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan. You may delete your account and data at any time via Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

CashProof is provided "as is." We are not liable for cash discrepancies, employee theft, or business losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
