2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Business name, owner name, email, phone, city
• Staff data: Usernames, full names (no personal IDs)
• Cash count data: Denomination quantities, totals, dates, approval codes
• Technical data: IP addresses (for audit trail), session data

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the cash counting and reporting service
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, daily summaries)
• Process payments via Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Improve the service and fix technical issues

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Resend: Transactional emails
• Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection
• Sentry: Error tracking (anonymized)

5. Data Retention

Cash count records are retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized within 30 days. Financial records may be retained as required by Greek tax law (up to 5 years).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Access: Export all your data via Settings > Export My Data
• Rectification: Update your information in Settings
• Erasure: Delete your account via Settings > Delete My Account
• Portability: Download your data in JSON format

7. Security

We use PBKDF2 password hashing (260,000 iterations), CSRF protection, rate limiting, HTTPS encryption, and security headers. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

8. Cookies

We use essential session cookies only. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes

We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
